WHAT YOU WILL LEARN IN THESE 7 SESSIONS In this 7-module intensive, Julia Butterfly Hill teaches you how to energize your true courage and fill your life with greater determination and passion to become a powerful agent of positive change. Module 1: FINDING WONDERFUL IN YOU (RECORDED MAY 29, 2014) In a production-oriented society, we are often like compasses without a Magnet to tell us where to go. In this session, you will begin your exploration of unlocking your inner magnetic “True North” that will help you align your life with your unique purpose, passion, and true courageous strength. Get a new perspective on the reasons you may be playing little Discover the true power that comes from who you are and what you choose Learn to live “on purpose” to fit your life Finding out how to find your “True North” can help you say “Yes” to new opportunities for action Find out how restoring your true self can unlock your unique gifts so you can make your best contribution to our world Module 2: CULTIVATION OF A STATE OF GRACE IN YOUR GROWING LAND (RECORDED JUNE 5, 2014) When you begin the process of finding your true calling and purpose, you can only see where your life is not working. In this session you will discover why this is a wonderful place – because you are standing on your “growing edge” where you are ready to accept something new and greater. And you will learn to cultivate deep grace, compassion, and courage when you find yourself on this chasm. You will: Discover the nuances of your “growing edge” – a space where you are ready to go beyond comfort and self-preservation – into the unknown Learn to play and approach your growing edge with patience, curiosity and openness Understand how important it is to act in a position of responsibility, strength, and love, not fear, resentment, judgment, or anger. Explore how your outside world can be a reflection of who you are on the inside instead of your outside world dictating who you are on the inside Find out how you can cultivate grace in the space between who you were and who you know you could be Learn how grace and compassion for others can fill your reservoir of courage Module 3: LETING YOUR HEART LEAD (RECORDED JUNE 12, 2014) There are times when we step into our courage and greatness – even when it would be easier to just keep quiet, walk away, or stop in fear. In this session, you will learn to recognize moments such as “choice without choice” that arise in the depths of your heart. Discover powerful methods to effectively channel your attention, energy, passion, commitment and resources Understand how important it is to listen to the wisdom and intuition of your heart to gain true, irresistible courage. Discover gems of courage hidden in places you might fear, but act anyway Learn to let go of your addictions to comfort so you can trust your heart better Gain a powerful understanding of how to embrace fear while expanding your ability to love.
Module 4: The Power of Appreciation (RECORDED JUNE 19, 2014) To have access to our heartfelt courage, we must allow ourselves to be open to the wonders and magic of the moment. In this session, you will learn why it is so important to maintain hope and courage by igniting the millions of miracles that occur every moment of every day. You will: Learn how important it is to celebrate even the smallest victories so that your energy is not only sustainable, but also regenerating Learn how to deal with your experiences and emotions – without being attached to them – is essential in order to feel completely alive, moment to moment Experience the miracle of one breath to re-inspire you whenever you feel depressed Learn to let go of any perfectionism that blocks your joy and contribution MODULE 5: OVERCOMING OBSTACLES BY TRANSFORMING YOUR ATTITUDE TO THEM (RECORDED JUNE 26, 2104) The funny thing is that there is no courage without fear. If you weren’t afraid, you wouldn’t need courage! You will learn that true courage can only emerge when you face your fears, depression, grief, anger and apathy, and then choose to act with your whole heart. You will: Look at the places where you live within your fears Start to create and cultivate a practice in which you move to your edge rather than retreat Learn to face fear, depression, and grief by transforming your animals’ natural responses to them (eg, “fight or flight”) Uncover emotional layers that can hinder your ability to express yourself as your most caring self Learn to make choices about your love and care versus grief or anger Learn how you grow and become stronger and more joyful every time you turn fear into love and service. Module 6: FINDING YOUR UNIQUE CONTRIBUTION (RECORDED ON JULY 3, 2014) Each of us has unique contributions that require our utmost courage to move forward. In this session, you will discover a powerful distillation process to unlock your unique purpose, which will be fueled by your growing relationship with courage. You will: Create your own goal statement that describes the life essence of who you are, not what you do Discover Methods To Boost Your Goal Experience the magic that comes from the courage and courage needed to stand your ground – effortlessly bringing in the right people and opportunities Learn to use the gifts of clarity and receive the magic it brings Module 7: TAKING ACTION WITH LOVE (RECORDED JULY 10, 2014) Most people change their “goal” many times during their life. Most often people are drawn to a problem for several months, a year or several years, and then expand and find a new “goal” or even have several at the same time. The key, however, is constant being in loving action based on your purpose, and in this final session, you will explore which actions and ways of serving are the best expression of your deeper purpose right now.
