– I have autism. I was lucky as a child: I discovered meditation and hypnosis, both of which taught me how to interact with others and how to manage the overwhelming amount of information flowing into my senses. My goal is to share my experiences with others and help them find their path in life, as well as spread the word about what it is like to have Asperger Syndrome and what others can do to help those with Asperger Syndrome. It is a condition that is often invisible, which in my case, prior to diagnosis, led to judgment and discrimination. ”
This site shares my experience. There is also a dedicated page if you are looking for an autism expert for hiring media and you will find pages on what causes autism, my experiences with the difficulties of thinking flexibility, interests and routines from the perspective of someone with autism , the language and communication difficulties faced by those with autism, and the social and emotional difficulties that I and other people with autism face. All of this from my point of view as a person with autism and as an expert with over 20 years of experience working with people with autism spectrum disorders, their parents / guardians and other involved professionals.
Find out more about my personal and professional experiences of autism in my book Look Me In The Eyes: Asperger Syndrome, Hypnosis, and Me, which peaked at number one in Autism Spectrum Disorders, Psychological Biographies, Biographies of People with Disabilities, and Psychology. development “Look Me In The Eyes” second edition contains a chapter of my wife about her experience of living with someone with Asperger Syndrome, I also wrote a book “Asperger Syndrome: Tips and Strategies” covering tips for parents / guardians, teachers, friends, employers and those with autism, and the ‘autistic perspective’: Death, dying and loss’, which talks about how death, dying and loss are experienced for a person with autism, the differences compared to how others experience these areas, and what you can do to help those on the spectrum deal with these areas, and what you can learn from how autistic people experience death, dying, and loss.
I am the # 1 bestselling author, I have sold over 100,000 books, over 4 million YouTube video views, and my Self Hypnosis and Self Help mp3s have been downloaded over 500,000 times. I have created many online courses on hypnosis, hypnotherapy and parenting and have extensive experience in supporting children and families.
My current main focus is on sharing my autism experiences to help people learn what life is like for autistic people and how autism spectrum disorder is often a “latent condition”, especially for those without a diagnosis of how much diagnosis can be useful for these autistic people and what skills those with autism should learn to improve their social skills. I also share the knowledge I have gained over more than 20 years of professional work with autistic people, their families, employers and hired professionals.

I have extensive experience in the childcare industry. I started in nursing in 1997, working with adults with mental health, learning and developmental disabilities including schizophrenia, manic depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, and autism. Then I moved on to work with children and young people with difficult behaviors in residential institutions (where I also helped set up a therapeutic orphanage). Many children had oppositional defiance disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and autism / Asperger’s syndrome. I then moved on to parenting and family work, including managing teams of parenting and family support workers. I have supported parents with children and adolescents who have committed antisocial behavior and youth crime to help these parents stop their children from continuing to commit their negative behavior and have supported families around family relationships, parental violence and abuse, parental return to work, help families to stop their antisocial behavior, return children to school and help family members with their mental health; and more. In addition, since 2002, I have worked with clients on personal development, performance enhancement, depression and anxiety disorders, addictions and more, and offer trainings in hypnosis, therapy, family nurturing and support, splinter awareness and safety, protection and resolution. conflict and other topics for private seminars, local government officials, charities and nursing home staff.
Because of my differences, I faced discrimination, I was threatened with dismissal if I did not start saying “Good morning” and “Goodbye” to other employees, I was accused of “mental problems” because I was struggling with certain changes in the workplace. such as having to move my desk and change my work environment, I faced discrimination for thinking differently in work courses and in professional supervision, and people considered me arrogant and angry with me for this, because I can often be found at courses sitting in the corner on their own, without interacting with others.
I struggle with certain situations, but at the same time I feel that my way of perceiving the world gives me strengths that many others do not have.

Hypnosis courses
Hypnosis is a human condition involving focused attention, decreased peripheral awareness, and increased ability to respond to suggestion.
There are competing theories explaining hypnosis and related phenomena.
Altered state theories view hypnosis as an altered state of consciousness or trance, characterized by a level of awareness that is different from the normal state of consciousness.
In contrast, nonstate theories view hypnosis as a form of placebo effect, redefinition of interaction with the therapist, or a form of imaginary role-playing.
It is said that during hypnosis, a person’s concentration increases.
Hypnotized subjects are said to exhibit heightened responses to suggestions.
Hypnosis usually begins with a hypnotic induction involving a series of preliminary instructions and suggestions.
The use of hypnosis for therapeutic purposes is called “hypnotherapy”, while its use as a form of entertainment for the audience is known as “stage hypnosis.”
Stage hypnosis is often performed by mentalists practicing the art form of mentalism.
