Most of us believe that what kind of people we are and what personal traits we have are things that are determined at the time we are born. These are our personal characteristics, and the only way to change them is through years of hard and hard work.
We believe that a shy boy, do not ask a beautiful girl on a date, must experience, because shyness is his personal trait. We are taught to believe that he is not confident, because shyness is an integral part of his personality.
When you are not confident in situations that require confidence,you feel that you cannot change the situation because it is a kind of person for you.
Or when you quit and don’t stand up for your right situation, when you know you should, you feel that this is a trait of your character, and you can’t do many things.
Or you may say to yourself that you are not a persistent person when you give up goals that are really important to you.
Most of us take our personal traits as a given thing and we’re stuck and can’t do a lot of things.
But what if I told you that you don’t need months or years of discipline to change your personal traits, identity and behavior?
