Based off of your client questionnaire, I will determine how many meals to eat per day, what foods to eat with each meal (provided from the foods that you choose), what foods to consume pre and post workout, and I also incorporate your cheat meal options. This is a more structured meal plan to help you reach goals faster. Any macros will also be also with food swapping to chart the way.
How To Start The Program:
You will receive an in depth questionnaire that must be filled. This will allow me to evaluate all work to determine your individual macros used to build your custom meal plan. Macros are based on body type, diet history, current exercise regimen, lifestyle, occupation and goals.
