Dr. Grossman reviews a series of eye exercises on this DVD. The recommended procedure for performing eye exercises is shown below. We recommend that you perform each eye exercise for 2 minutes a day, with the exception of vision statements, which are approximately 30 seconds, as shown below. In addition, eye conditions that particularly benefit from eye exercises are listed below by eye exercises.

Qigong is an ancient Chinese health system that combines physical postures, breathing techniques, and visualization for health and healing.
The word qigong consists of two Chinese words. Chi is pronounced Chi and is usually translated as the life force or life energy that flows through all things in the universe.
The second word, Gong, pronounced Gong, means achievement, or a skill that is cultivated through constant practice. Together, qigong (qigong) means energy cultivation, a system practiced to maintain health, heal, and increase vitality.
