Welcome to belly dance arms & postures, exercises for carriage, winding and serpentine stylization. This exercise has been designed to be used in conjunction with your regular dance exercises to increase the strength, flexibility and illusion of upper body bonelessness. Exercise has 5 parts: gentle stretching to loosen and prepare the body for movement, preparation for dance movements to strengthen legs, preparation for meandering arm movements.
